Answer: Climatrol Air is a locally owned company located in beautiful Ellijay, Georgia located at 1298 Old Hwy 5, Ellijay, GA 30540. We service the majority of North Georgia.
16. Is Climatrol Air Certified?
Answer: In Georgia, there really isn’t a “certification” process other than obtaining a state license. (Our license number is Ga. #CN210683) There is however a third party certification process that HVAC companies can elect to use to illustrate their company’s knowledge and commitment to ongoing education in the HVAC industry called “NATE,” or the NORTH AMERICAN TECHNICIAN EXCELLENCE. Climatrol Air is a NATE certified company.

18. How Soon Can You Fix My Problem?
Answer: We complete 97% of all repair jobs within the same day. We understand that being without heating or air conditioning is a serious inconvenience and we strive to make sure that we fix everything, the right way, on our first service call.
